Privacy notice
Draft. A qualified professional will review this notice before launch. Anything in [brackets] will be filled in.
You're trusting us with your information, and we take that seriously. Here's what we collect, why, and how you stay in control.
Operated by Pranachi Referrals L.L.C., doing business as Decoder Rebellion, [MAILING ADDRESS]. Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL]. Last updated October 28, 2026.
What we collect
- When you apply: your artist name, email, country or state, channel and video links, the views you share with us, your medium, video style, preferred book, recording setup, availability, your shop or offer link, any notes, and the boxes you tick.
- If you join a crew: details for your agreement (such as your legal name), the mailing address where your free books and sponsor product set are sent, the video files you deliver, your artist page and domain, and the video analytics you share for sponsor reports.
- For payments: what's needed to pay you and for tax records, such as tax forms. Card and bank details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.
Why we use it
To consider your application, stay in touch about the program, prepare your agreement, ship your books and product set, publish your approved credit and QR link, prepare sponsor reports, pay you, and keep the records a business needs.
Who can see it
- The small team running the program, and the services we use to host the site, receive forms, sign agreements, store files and send payments (such as our web host, an e-signature service, cloud storage and Stripe [confirm the final list]).
- A Series Two sponsor receives the shipping address for your product set, and your video views and book reach in their report. We share only what's needed.
- We never sell your information. Your public page and credit show only what you approve.
Children
This program is for artists aged 18 and older, and we don't knowingly collect information from children through it.
How long we keep it
Applications that don't move forward: 6 months, then deleted. Agreements, payment and tax records for crew artists: for as long as your book is sold, plus [period], or as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop receiving emails, at any time by writing to [CONTACT EMAIL]. Some records, like signed agreements and tax records, have to be kept for a while, and we'll tell you if that applies.
